Gravis Footwear + CRASH CoLabFamous for fusing art and footwear, Gravis and premier graffiti artist, CRASH, today unveiled their limited edition collaborative shoe, the Gravis x CRASH Lowdown Hi-Cut LX. 

Gravis’ ever popular Lowdown Hi-Cut LX is the canvas for the project, where a custom CRASH print is embossed on the black leather quarter of the shoe.  Iconic CRASH colors floss the sneaker in red, yellow and blue shoelaces and are complimented by a custom Gravis x Brook Ave by CRASH label on the back.   

“Gravis is psyched to have worked with an artist of Crash One’s caliber.  His signature style and iconic status is a perfect marriage to the Gravis brand” said Joe Babcock, Gravis Product Manager. “We’ve been blessed to work with high profile artists world wide and welcome Crash to the Gravis Family with open arms.  His Lowdown HC LX turned out fantastic!!!”  

The Gravis x CRASH Lowdown Hi-Cut LX is being produced in limited quantities and will be sold exclusively at Gravis Black Box dealers in the US and Japan, as well as Brook Ave flagship stores in New York and Tokyo.

Victoria Beckham goes naked!? Victoria Beckham will front the new Marc Jacobs campaign for his Spring 2008 collection. Rumour has it Posh Spice posed naked for the shoot. Beckham posed for the campaign in a shoot done by Jacobs’ photographer, Juergen Teller.”She was a great sport. She agreed to do something rough and tough and quite raw,” Jacobs told Womens Wear Daily. “It wasn’t days and days of hair and makeup.”

Pepe Jeans x Andy WarholPepe Jeans CoLabs with Andy Warhol to launch their new collection. Pepe Jeans has acquired the European license through the Andy Warhol Foundation. Pepe Jeans reputedly wants to embrace the Andy Warhol’s sophisticated sense of design and they aspire to make their denim as collectible as the man’s art.

The collection will feature 250 men’s and women’s pieces inspired by Andy Warhol. The collection will be divided into a Pop and Factory collection. The Pop designs will have more of the repetitive prints as the Campbell’s Soup Cans and Marilyns, and Factory will feature the individual style of Andy Warhol’s studio members. The range will be available autumn 2008.
