Bench, the registered trademark of Suyen Corporation, symbolizes the fulfillment of Executive Creative Director Ben Chan's dream to create a Philippine fashion brand that would appeal to the young local market. Bench has won several awards both locally and internationally: 1994, Bronze Award, New York Festival for International Advertising. 1995.

Eighteen years since Bench, the Philippines' number one fashion retail company, opened in a tiny department store corner in 1987, here comes Superbench, the largest ever in its history. Newly opened on the ground floor of Market! Market! at the Fort, Taguig, Superbench is a 3,000 m. shopping experience never before seen in Philippine shores, a spot of burgeoning retail potential aptly located in the most promising real state in the metropolis. It makes a new phase in the life of not only Bench, but the entire retail scene in general, as Bench is catapulted even beyond its long-standing status as the most outstanding fashion retailer in the Philippines.

The spatial dimensions of the store are staggering, a feat that can only be described as “Bench outdoing no one else but itself.” Bench, Herbench, Bench Body, Bench scents and cosmetics, KinderBench, Bench Bytes, Bench and Bath, Fix and other Bench products are all represented in the store, wherein the merchandise is served hot and fresh and diverse, catering to the customer's every whim.
