Born in San Francisco, California, in 1986, the DOCKERS® brand quickly developed into the fastest-growing apparel brand in history by introducing its famous range of groundbreaking “Khakis”. DOCKERS® SAN FRANCISCO. The DOCKERS® Spring Summer 2006 collection draws its inspiration from a summer lifestyle in San Francisco, reflecting the stylish and relaxed Californian attitude towards life, whether it's playing in the parks or relaxing by the bay. The collection brings together a fusion of summer colours, reflecting the city’s diversity of areas and lifestyles: from the bay area with its sun-bleached pale pinks, limes, yellows and blues, through to the city with a range of traditional khaki shades.

The core strength of the DOCKERS® brand is, and always has been, the D-Fit pants styles, known for their excellent quality and fit. As of Spring Summer 2006, DOCKERS® dramatically innovates its D-Fit range, with updated fits in new fabrics and finishes and a wide range of colours. With the original DOCKERS® K-1 collection, the DOCKERS® brand goes back to its heritage. The iconic DOCKERS® K-1 pant is re-issued in Spring Summer 2006 with totally new authentic detailing and finishing. Originating from 1932 and cut from the Cramerton® cloth, the K-1 remained a popular style throughout the 40’s and 50’s. In Spring Summer 2006, a complete K-1 collection is available, based on replica garments from the 50’s.
