Helmut Lang Perfume Section:

Soon after the first success in Austria, he started to show women's clothes in Paris, France in 1986. In 1987 followed a men's collection. Lang switches back and forth between Vienna and Paris, designing in his atelier in Vienna and consulting with his agent in Paris.

Helmut Lang was born in Vienna in 1956. In 1986 he launched his first show in Paris which was an international success. His popularity has grown since and in 1998 he moved to New York. His 1998 collection was shown over the Internet instead of yje usual catwalk. A sign of things to come maybe?
