Quartermaster S.p.A., top performer of the international jeans-wear company, is guided by ideas.

Its philosophy, based on the values of creativity and research, characterizes every single aspect of the company life - from product to communication, up to the architecture of the working environment.
Founded at the beginning of the 1990s by Ghigo Tavarner, the company is today at the height of a development process that has begun in the last four years and has led it to reach the top-most position. The company�s headquarters are in Mosciano Santï Angelo (TE) where its own products are made (brands such as Indian Rose for women and Indian Rags for men) and distributed in a growing number of countries all over the world, thanks to a specific commercial organization by means of controlled distribution societies (Germany, the Netherlands, United Kingdom, France, Spain).

Capturing the trendiest impulses of the universe of young garments is the goal that the entire company team intends to achieve by making use of important resources, initiatives and projects. The creative department, the company's core center, is a structure open to contributions, impulses and inputs arriving from every corner of the world thanks to operation systems connecting it to sources of creation and innovative tendencies. The Indian Rose collections suggest a new jeanswear offering girls of every age fresh impulses for new outfits, while Indian Rags pays more attention to the authentic origins of male jeans-wear suggesting new and assertive outfits.

Quartermaster is the way in which since many years Tavarner’s visions, ideas and perceptions take shape. His vision finds expression in the uniqueness, authenticity and creativeness concepts. Denim and young fashion are the main business sectors. Their “authentically denim” identity is rich in fashion values in perfect agreement with the common way of feeling of a generation distinguished by the interest in new and stimulating things rather than by its age.


Indian Rose S/S 06 collection is inspired by Africa. It’s about going back to our roots, instintivity and everything which is underground in our everyday life. Key-words are: coolness, colorfull and happyness. Brand key-elements are mixed in african style. Collection features a wide range of basic denim, african-mood influenced denim and an extreme-denim section. Prints and embroideries are deeply influenced by tribal-style graphics, body tatooes and decorations.


Indian Rose, the jeanswear brand produced by Quartermaster S.p.a., launches a new strategy. A group of international artists has created the internal lay-out of the new flagship store in London (Coven Garden) by working together with no limits for a whole week, under passers’ by eyes who can have a free interaction among fashion, communication and contemporary art. An artistic event that espress the authentic vocation of the neighbourhood for the street artists’ exhibition: combined performances of DJ set and Poetry Slam, a competitive form of creation and poetic performance which the public makes the result in. Indian Rose confirms its trendy jeanswear brand identity according to the flavours of young consumers from all over the world.
