In 1972, a new brand emerged. It had a distinctive Chevron logo and an all-American attitude. In just a few years, superstars in boxing, baseball, basketball, football and soccer were wearing PONY. As sports were becoming an important part of global culture, so too was PONY’s influence, merging a passion for sport with the emerging spirit of the street. After its disappearing act in the 1990s, PONY was purchased by GBMI, Inc. in 2003 and revived as a fashion sport brand. Rooted in Americana and inspired by sport, the brand is reborn with an irreverent attitude and respect for its past.


As a leading fashion athletic brand, PONY blends sports, style and heritage to create a unique range showcasing Attitude and Authenticity. The Pony collection for Spring/Summer 2006 continues to link Pony's true sports heritage and roots with modern inspiration, materials and technologies.


Pony's collaboration with Snoop Dogg to create the Doggy Biscuitz line is an amazing success. Working with one of Hip-Hop’s most compelling artists, our designers have created a collection that is rooted in old school but expands beyond Hip Hop. Like the man himself.
