REEF, founded in 1984, is one of the top active lifestyle brands, and the world’s leader in authentic surf inspired footwear. What started as a small sandal company, established by Argentinean brothers Fernando and Santiago Aguerre, has now grown into a full-scale apparel and footwear brand found in 15,000 retail accounts around the world.

COLLECTION
The focus for Reef’s apparel and footwear is a “Roots” driven line that draws its inspiration from the everyday life of a surfer. Fashion may influence colors and fabrications, but the substance of the line is heavily lifestyle driven with a strong emphasis on comfort, quality and fit. Yarn hand stitched appliqués, organic, salt and garment washed fabrics, reggae inspired graphics, as well as wood hardware and leather trim details are all components of Reef’s homegrown worn in styling. These elements blended together are the pulse behind Reef’s apparel direction, and the key to the integrity of our brand.

HIGHLIGHTS
While Reef Apparel has turned heads in the short time since its release, they remain committed to creating the best footwear products in the world. Last springs signature sandal from Mick Fanning, recent winner of SIMA’s (Surf Industry Manufactures Association) award for “Product Innovation of the Year”, has been updated for Spring 06.
