| Don't really buy CDs, download (legally of course....). Last gig I was at was 2 weeks ago saw God is An astronaut, excellent instrumental band who have just released a new album. Going to see 65 Days Of Static this Saturday. |

| God is an astronaut are Irish from Wicklow, but play around Europe too. I think 65 days of static are british, both are instrumental and quite good. The GIAA gig was excellent I must say, worth checking out. |

It was EMF Dumb5
Last CDs I got were the new Nas and Jay Z albums (neither are that good) and also "Fire in the hole" by Brand Nubian which is a few years old now.
I've not heard a new hiphop release I've particularly liked for ages now. |

Lil' Wayne- greatest rapper alive = he's approaching his prime
Sean Price- donkey sean jr. / monkey bars/ jesus price superstar= supreme east coast lyricism.
Blast -You already know, forget over the counter albums. Mix tapes carry the best of what hip-hop has to offer now.( didn't it start out that way?) Music from the artist not the boardroom. |
