LOS ANGELES, June 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Los Angeles-based fashion company, Von Dutch Originals, LLC, announced today that it filed a complaint in the Superior Court of California for the County of Los Angeles, against its former Head Designer, Christian Audigier, as well as former employee, Vincent Audigier, and a number of other entities and individuals. The complaint alleges, among other things, Fraud, Conversion, Breach of Fiduciary Duty, and Unfair Competition in connection with the defendants' former relationships with Von Dutch Originals, LLC. Christian Audiger now works with Ed Hardy.

In addition, the complaint alleges that the defendants conspired to obtain unauthorized payments directly from Von Dutch Originals' suppliers and manufacturers.

Sorensen earned a degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Copenhagen, and a degree in Business and Trade from a Copenhagen trade school. He utilizes his engineering background to guide design, structure and corporate strategy.

Sorensen is also a firm believer in giving back to the community. He has made charitable donations through Von Dutch Originals to a number of worthy causes.
